William “Billy” Frank Harbin, 56, of Murphy, passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tenn.

    He was born on April 6, 1953, in Cherokee County to Lowell “Buddy”  and Kathleen Plemmons Harbin.

    He was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.     Mr. Harbin was preceded in death by his father, Lowell “Buddy” Harbin; mother, Kathleen Harbin; brother, Keith Harbin; and brother-in-law, Steve Foster.

    Survivors include his wife, Debbie McDonald Harbin;  daughter, Amy Jones and husband Marty Jones of Murphy; son, Nathan Harbin and wife Kristie Harbin of Murphy; sister, Vickie Foster of Hillsboro, Ore.; brother, David Harbin and wife Donna Harbin of Winder; grandsons, C.J.  Jones and Luke Harbin; and special friend, Sam Brown.
