In Memory

Marsha Waters (Tuttle)

On the 12th day of January 1953, God loaned to us a beautiful little angel to be known as Marsha Waters.

For the next 58 years, she brightened the lives of all those who knew her. Her courage and strength during her nine-year battle with cancer will be long remembered.

Only God knows the pain she suffered, but he also knows the reward she’ll reap in the hereafter. Now on this 29th day of April 2011, he’s called in the loan and taken her back to be with him in a better place, we’re sure.     She was a native of Cherokee County, but had been living in Clay County. Marsha had worked in manufacturing home sales and also was a housing consultant. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was the daughter of Dorothy Caylor Waters of Murphy and the late Clyde L. Waters.

Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband of 20 years, Mark E. Tuttle; two brothers, James Edward Waters and wife Jane of Shelby, and David Mitchell Waters of Murphy;  and many other relatives, loved ones and countless friends.
